OUR IMAGES
All of the images on Gemporium sites are original photos taken by us. Some of those images are left unedited, but others are perfect for a little extra attention - we love to create something funky and original!
Each of our images are run in a LIMITED EDITION capacity, usually no more than 500. (if you would like yours signed and numbered by the artist then please request this at checkout- there will be a box available for your special instructions)

YOUR PHOTOS

Simply go to the Your Photos page, and follow the instructions.
You can also send us your picture by email or on a disk. The resolution/quality should be as high as possible (phone pics are generally not good enough to enlarge). If your file is not able to be printed at your requested size, we will contact you to discuss alternatives. We will accept jpegs, bitmaps, tiffs, or pdf's.
Once we have added our magic we will email you a proof for your approval. On approval we will print your poster, and number and sign it, if that has been requested at checkout.
Please allow 14 days for processing and delivery.

Postage is set at a flat rate of £4.99, regardless of number of prints up to the value of £100.00. Orders over £100.00 will be posted free of charge (unless weight exceeds 2kg- in which case £9.00 will be charged)
Posters will be safely packaged in a sturdy postal tube.
Please allow 14 days for delivery, though generally delivery is much quicker.
Please make sure that you enter your correct postal address for deliveries- we cannot guarantee delivery to an incorrect address.
Proof of posting is always obtained by us.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that your photo will enlarge successfully at your chosen size. If there is an issue we will discuss this with you, and agree an alternative.
You will have been sent, via email, a digital proof of the enhanced image. You will have returned, by email, your agreement to print.
Once you have agreed, the printing process will begin- no further changes can be made.
At the onset of printing, we are sorry that no refunds can be given, as the print is a personal image, and not able to be held as stock.(This image is subject to copyright laws)
